Orders are prepared once payment has been confirmed and within the following hours:
Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 4:00pm. Orders made outside these hours are processed the next working day. No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays or on public holidays.
When placing an order from outside the European Union please note that you are responsible for paying any local customs duties or import charges that may be incurred.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you are not entirely satisfyed with your purchases we are here to help.
1. Send an email request for the return to no later than 7 working days from the date you received the product, letting us know the reason for the return.
2. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and with it's original packaging.
3. Send the article to this address:

Note: Until such time as we receive an item in our store it remains the customer’s responsibility.
Once the return is approved, we will initiate the refund to your credit card or the same method of the original payment. All returning shipping costs should be paid by the customer.
